14 days to change your mind

Nothing is charged before day 8. The first 7 days need no card, so if the course is not for you, you can simply stop and nothing happens.

After you pay

Ask within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason, you will not be asked to complete a form, and nobody will offer you a discount to stay. Write on WhatsApp or to hello@sifuai.app.

Refunds go back to the card or account that paid, through our payment provider. How long it takes to appear is their timing and your bank’s Usually a few working days.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. There is nothing to telephone and nobody to argue with.

The RM540 one-off plan has no renewal to cancel. The 14-day promise above applies to it in exactly the same way.

If you finish the course

A certificate is earned by work, not by payment. If you have already been issued a certificate and then take a refund, the certificate and its verification record stay valid. The work was still done. We will not withdraw a credential over money.
